It's as if Martha, Ralph and Laura came to play. From the wraparound porch, you can sit in the pretty wicker chairs or laze away in the hammock, while gazing out at the pastures of grazing horses, enclosed by neat, white fences. This country-style, classic Hamptons shingled "cottage" has all the appealing aspects you generally find in larger B&B's. You enter a beautiful family room/open kitchen with a pretty window seat dressed in a red-and-white checked cushion and with a huge brick fireplace. There's a wonderful collection of flag-related items- birdhouses, painted wooden flags and more. Beyond, a pool with a brick surround beckons. The King Room has a blue-and-white quilt and is decorated with white wicker; its beautiful black-and-white tile bath has a marble counter. An entire apartment is the perfect Hamptons' hideaway for a family or two couples traveling together. It has a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen and full tiled bath. Colleen serves a full country breakfast that might include French toast, pancakes or an egg dish.
